Booking Deposit Terms & Conditions

To help us minimise missed appointments and ensure appointment times remain available for all patients, a $50 booking deposit is required for all online bookings.

1. Booking Deposit

A $50 booking deposit is required to confirm all online appointments.

2. Deposit Credit

Your deposit will be credited towards the cost of your appointment or any treatment provided on the day.

3. New Patient Welcome Appointments

If your eligible health fund fully covers your New Patient Welcome Appointment, resulting in no out-of-pocket cost, your $50 booking deposit will be refunded following your attendance.

4. Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. One complimentary reschedule is permitted per booking deposit. If you are unwell or unable to attend due to genuine unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to transfer your deposit to your new appointment.

5. Cancellations & Non-Attendance

Failure to attend your appointment, or cancellation without reasonable notice, may result in the booking deposit being forfeited. A new booking deposit may be required to secure future appointments.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Quality Dental Care understands that genuine emergencies can occur. Any refund or transfer of a booking deposit outside of these terms remains at the discretion of the practice.
